Government grants have now taken a whole house approach to their incentives.  Installing an Energy Star Heat Recovery Ventilator in conjunction with air sealing can earn you $800 in rebates from the Livesmart BC Program.  Look under the Air Sealing and Mechanical Ventilation Section.
